Odisha Tourism is returning with a second edition of Eco Retreat event starting December 8. The eco-retreat is an experience for travellers that includes glamping, and enjoying local cuisines, among other things. The event will go on for three whole months, and will be a great opportunity for travellers to explore the beautiful state of Odisha.
The event has been unveiled by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. The three-month long event will be focussing on select destinations, such as Daringbadi, Hirakud, Satkosia, Konark, and Bhitarkanika.
The festival is being hailed as a carnival of ancient culture, an indulgence of local cuisines, and an experience of glamping accommodation. Glamping as many of you may know is the experience of luxury camping that is getting popular all across the world. You will also get the opportunity to indulge in sport activities, workshops, and much more.

Odisha Tourism had also tweeted regarding the event recently with the heading, Eco Retreat is Back!
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said in a statement that the festival was a great success last year, and has in fact set a benchmark for glamping. It was held at the Marine Drive Eco Retreat at Konark.
This year you can choose from the aforementioned destinations, and explore Odisha in depth, while enjoying the luxuries of glamping. This could be especially exciting for those who have never experienced glamping before.
